Carl Sanford brings 30 plus years of sales, marketing and manufacturing experience to the profession. Carl is a retired sales executive of the Sealed Air Corporation, the inventors and manufacturers of the well known product Bubble Wrap® and other packaging materials world – wide. He is a member of “Who’s Who” of the International Organization of Packaging Professionals (I.O.P.P.). Carl and his wife Joan retired to Bonita Springs, Florida in 2005. They reside in Shadow Wood at the Brooks.
Kelly is a recent graduate of the University of Florida where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Kelly will employ his technological and interpersonal skills with each customer to ensure that they enjoy a pleasant and seamless experience with each and every transaction. Kelly resides in Verandah, a gated golf course community developed by the Bonita Bay Group.
Jeff Jordan is an attorney, licensed to practice in Oklahoma and Texas. During the course of his 18 years of legal practice, Jeff was a trial litigator, in-house counsel for a large savings and loan association, in-house counsel for an insurance company and a solo practitioner. Jeff gave up his law practice in the summer of 2004, moved his wife and three children to Florida, and joined his father, Ron, to form The Jordan Team. After a short stint with Coldwell Banker, Jeff joined Keller Williams Elite Realty in 2005. Based on Sales exceeding $30,000,000 in 2005, Jeff was awarded Keller Williams Triple Gold Medal. He was also a recipient of the Sales Excellence Award for exceptional sales performance by the Bonita Springs-Estero Association of Realtors, Inc. in the years 2005 through 2010. Jeff, his wife, Anna, and their three children reside in Verandah in Fort Myers, FL.
Ron Jordan began his real estate career after 40+ years of experience in sales and marketing in the automotive industry. Ron retired as Vice-President of Sales and Marketing with Dana Corporation in 1999. He began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker and quickly became one of Coldwell Banker’s top agents.
